SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

When making a purchase with Four Anna's Designs you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of our store as well as have read and understand our refund/return policy.

IMPORTANT:  Once an item has been "purchased" no refunds or cancellations will be issued. At Four Anna's Designs each item is handmade and made to order so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If there is a defect with your item please let us know and we will be glad to replace it (see below).

REFUNDS:

IMPORTANT: Once an item has been "purchased" no refunds or cancellations will be issued even if the item(s) have not been shipped. At Four Anna's Designs each item is handmade and made to order so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If there is a defect with your item please let us know and we will be glad to replace it.

SEZZLE - No refunds will be offered and no payments can/will be cancelled for any purchase through Sezzle. Once you process your order through Sezzle you agree to these terms and conditions-- no cancellations, period. 


SALES & RETURNS:

- Processing time is between 10-15 Business Days for your item(s) to be shipped (regardless of shipping option selected)

- As soon as your items are in possession of USPS, shipping time is in their hands. Contact your local post office with any questions.

- We do not price match 

- You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct amount of items as well as the correct type, size and color. We will not be responsible if you order the wrong color, size or item type.

- Four Anna's Designs, LLC has the right to refuse service and orders.

- Defective Items and Incorrect Items Received: must be reported to fourannasdesigns@gmail.com with photos and claimed defective within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep. 

- Clothing color may have a slightly different color then pictured due to lighting.

- Clothing photo/design may be slightly different as each item is handmade so each item will vary slightly.

Please refer to our size chart for ANY and ALL sizing concerns.

SHIPPING:

Processing time is approximately between 10-15 Business Days for your item(s) to be shipped. (When ordering items that need to be bleached, we are dependent on the weather. Rainy weather can delay production times slightly.)

*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.

Lost/ Stolen Packages: Four Anna's Designs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered"  and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office. If you live in an apartment building please check with your management office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received your package. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues please contact your local post office.  

Holiday Orders:

We DO NOT guarantee delivery by Christmas

- All Christmas orders need to be shipped by December 19th this is the USPS deadline.  We are not responsible for ship time once USPS takes possession of your oder.

MODIFICATION TO PRICES & ERRORS

- Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification.

- At times we may have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors.

GIVEAWAYS

- Winners are required to be following Four Anna's Designs on ALL social media platforms unless otherwise stated. 

- Winners must be in contact with Four Anna's Designs, LLC with in 72 hours of being announced or the winning is considered voided.

- Giveaway earnings must be used in one single transaction, multiple transactions may result in void of winnings.

- Giveaway winnings may not be combined with other discounts/promos
